This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the services available through this Site. This Agreement describes your responsibilities and among other things, limits Click on Camps liability.

You are only authorized to use the Site and its services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms and Conditions. 2.1 WE ARE NOT A CAMP OWNER OR CAMP OPERATOR. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ADVERTISER MISREPRESENTATIONS.
2.2 We do not endorse any property/camp / business listed on this Site. Information presented on this Site by camp owners (‘Owners’) are advertisements by those Owners, and we make no guarantee, explicit or implied that the posted information is accurate. We do not confirm or warranty any listings. Confirmation is the sole responsibility of the purchasing party. Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and information. We assume NO responsibility for the condition of any camps listed. It is the sole responsibility of the potential purchaser to validate the information given. We expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for the success of any transaction you have with the Owner. We recommend that all terms and conditions established between the Owner and purchaser be detailed in writing.
2.3 Qualification for all campers and purchasers is the sole responsibility of the Owners.
2.4 The information, products and services published on this Site may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, we do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the camp and products and services displayed in this Site, including without limitation, the pricing, photographs, camp checklist, general camp and program descriptions, etc., which information is provided by the Owner.
2.5 We make no representations about the suitability of the information, products and services contained on this website for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering of any products or services on this Site does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by us. All information, products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
2.6 We disclaim all warranties and conditions that this website, its servers or any email sent from us, or our advertisers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
2.7 The material on this Site is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
